Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email, message and any company, game link or production preferences you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and manage related business communications.
Service providers and security
Our hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver enquiry messages. When configured, Brevo handles email delivery and acknowledgements. The server also processes limited technical information, including connection details and submission timing, to help prevent abuse. Access is limited to people and providers involved in those purposes.
Marketing and tracking
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Analytics and advertising tools start when you first visit unless you have a saved opt-out. The cookie notice’s “Okay” button dismisses the notice and saves your current settings. Use “Tracking preferences” in the footer to allow all, allow analytics only, or reject optional tracking.
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and PostHog measure visits, successful enquiries, creative-review requests, portfolio video plays, replay clicks and form starts. PostHog also records sessions with forms and submission messages blocked and inputs masked. Form-value autocapture, network bodies and console logs are disabled. Form names, emails, messages and game links are not included in our analytics events.
When advertising is enabled, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel and Google Ads measure visits and may support lead attribution and remarketing. These providers process cookies, online identifiers, IP addresses, device/browser information and visited page URLs. Datalogy Creative uses existing company advertising accounts and a shared PostHog project with distinct events and website filters. Tracking can occur before you select a preference. A previously saved rejection prevents optional tools from loading on later visits. Your explicit choice is stored for up to 180 days. Change it through “Tracking preferences” in the footer; withdrawal stops collection, clears applicable first-party tracking storage and reloads the page. Previously collected data remains subject to provider retention policies; contact us with deletion requests.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry information as needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential game assets through this form.
